Returns and Refunds Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns only for unused products or products that may be damaged during the transport from us to you.

If you would like to return a unused product (any 360 Photo Booth Pro, any Accessories or something else) bought from our website, we’d be happy to provide you with a refund or help you exchange the product for a different model available on our website.

The shipping cost in case of returning a product will be covered by you. After you inform us about a return, we will send you by e-mail instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that replacement products are subject to availability. We will do our best to match the specs of the product you originally purchased or offer you a comparable replacement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us in the first 72 hours after receiving it, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

By your choice, you can either receive a full refund in maximum 5 working days after we receive back the product from you, or we can send you another product with the same specifications at zero costs for you.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account completed in the return form, in maximum 5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the unit was not opened or used we can process the refund and there will be a 15% restocking fee. These fees will cover our shipping as well as payment processing fees. 
Option 2 If the unit was opened and or used we can process a refund but there will be a 45% restocking fee as now we have to resell these unit as used. I hope this is clear as we stand behind our products with the 2 year warranty we can not sell used units as new and therefore the higher restocking fee.
